Some of the Resident members of Vishwas spend their time honing their skills for making items for sale. The process of engagement in the vocational activities builds their life skills and improves their self-confidence and self-esteem. While some items such as candles, paintings and knitting items are made individually, bags and Diyas are made before Diwali jointly and earnings shared by those involved in the activity through a participative and transparent process of determining the amount to be paid to each person.
